How JDS Trucking & Repair Inc collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.
1. Data we collect
What the forms ask for.
Two forms on this site send information to the office. The rate request collects your name, company, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, and the details you write in the message field. The driver application collects your name, phone number, email address, experience and any notes you add.
If you use the chat assistant, the message you type is processed to produce a reply.
The hosting provider records standard server information, including your IP address, as part of delivering the site.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.
2. Use of data
Answering what you asked.
Information from the rate request is used to review the move and reply to you. Information from the driver application is used to consider your application and contact you about it.
It is not used for marketing, not sold, and not added to any mailing list.
3. Data protection
How it is handled.
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to the company mailbox. Access is limited to the people who handle bookings and hiring.
Please do not send payment card numbers, government identifiers, passwords or medical information through this website or the chat assistant. No form here asks for them.
4. Sharing with third parties
Who else touches it.
Your information is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone for marketing. It may be disclosed where the law requires it.
Some service providers necessarily handle data in order for the site to work: Cloudflare hosts and serves the site, Resend delivers form submissions to the company by email, and Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means Google receives your IP address. If the live chat assistant is enabled, messages are sent to the configured AI provider to generate a reply.
Links to FMCSA, Google Maps, and your telephone or email application take you to those services, which apply their own privacy practices.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion.
