How this website handles information submitted through the contact form and automated assistant.
Contact form
Your message stays under your control.
The quote form does not store information in this website. It opens a prepared message in your own email application. The message is only sent if you choose to send it from that application.
When you email or call JDS, the company receives the contact and transportation details you provide so it can respond to your request.
Automated assistant
Chat messages.
The assistant can answer from a local website knowledge base. When the optional live AI endpoint is enabled, a visitor's message and a limited amount of recent conversation context are sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response.
Do not enter payment-card information, government identifiers, passwords, medical information or other sensitive personal data in the chat. The assistant cannot book transportation, confirm capacity or quote a price.
Third parties
Services used by the site.
The site loads Google Fonts. If the live assistant is enabled, its server-side function contacts the configured AI provider. Links to FMCSA, Google Maps, telephone and email applications take you to those services, which apply their own privacy practices.
